It is a daily ritual that nourishes, strengthens, and awakens the body and mind.


Through the gentle alchemy of Ragi kanji/ finger millets, mineral-rich 5-seed powder, ghee, and turmeric, each spoon supports bones, joints, and metabolism.


When paired with Yoga asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation, it becomes a holistic rhythm of care — balancing hormones, calming the nervous system, building resilience, supporting bone density, and fostering graceful aging.

Above all, this practice is a reminder to take care of yourself with kindness and patience, not with anger or aversion at the changes your body is going through.

Each small, mindful action is an act of love for your body and mind.


🥄 5-Seed Nourish Powder (Monthly batch — 1 person)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sesame seeds

  • ½ cup poppy seeds

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • ½ cup flax seeds

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds

Optional: 1 tbsp dry ginger powder, ½ tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Dry roast seeds individually on low heat till aromatic.

  2. Cool completely.

  3. Grind to a slightly coarse powder.

  4. Store in airtight jars in the refrigerator.

Use: 1–2 tsp daily


🥣 Ragi Kanji (1 serving)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ragi flour

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ cup milk or plant milk (optional)

  • 1–2 tsp seed powder

  • ½ tsp ghee

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • Pinch black pepper

Sweet: jaggery + cardamom

Savory: salt + cumin powder

Method

  1. Whisk ragi flour with a little water to remove lumps.

  2. Add remaining water and cook on low, stirring continuously.

  3. When thick and glossy, add milk if using.

  4. Stir in turmeric and pepper.

  5. Turn off heat and mix in seed powder and ghee.

  6. Rest briefly and serve warm.
