Face Yoga anyone?

Face Yoga has become popular in recent years and I have been learning about it. It can tone all the muscles around the face leading to firm, radiant skin.

Face yoga combines facial exercises and facial massage that target your facial muscles, skin, and tissue drainage system.

There are many muscles in your face and neck, more than just the ones you use for facial expressions, so these exercises aim to engage more of those muscles. The facial movements are like resistance training for the muscles, toning, releasing toxins, and building up elasticity.

Facial exercise can impact our health and bodies. The head and face contain most of our major sense organs—the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and skin. They’re inextricably linked to the whole body.

Because facial aging is due in part to muscle loss, if you can commit to a routine, these exercises may strengthen those muscles, making the entire face look more firm and youthful.

How often do you need to practice face yoga to see results?

Ideally, every single day, if you want to see good results. Consistency is the only key to success.

If you like a challenge and can stick to a 30-minute daily beauty routine for at least five months, you could possibly look a couple of years younger!

We all want that, don't we :)
